How does the free trial class work?

Simply message us on WhatsApp expressing your interest in a free trial. We will ask for some basic details (student name, age, course of interest, and preferred timing), then match you with the most suitable teacher. The free trial is a full 30-minute class with no payment or commitment required. After the trial, you can decide whether to enroll — no pressure at all.
What age groups do you teach?

We teach students of all ages — from children as young as 4 years old to adults in their 60s and beyond. We have dedicated teachers for young children (patient, fun, and encouraging), teenagers, and adults. It is never too late to begin learning the Quran.
Do you have female teachers for female students?

Yes, absolutely. We have a dedicated team of qualified female teachers for female students and young children. When you message us, simply mention that you would prefer a female teacher and we will accommodate your request without any issue.
What platform is used for online classes?

Classes are conducted via Zoom or Skype — whichever you prefer and have already installed. Both are free to download. You do not need any special equipment: a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with a camera and microphone is all that is required. Your teacher will send you the meeting link before your first class.
How do I pay for classes?

Payment is made monthly, in advance. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, Wise (TransferWise), and Payoneer. We do not require long-term contracts — you pay month by month and can pause or cancel at any time with reasonable notice. Our admin team will guide you through the payment process via WhatsApp.
Can I change my teacher if I am not satisfied?

Yes, absolutely — and with no questions asked. We understand that every student and teacher has a unique dynamic, and compatibility matters. If for any reason you or your child is not comfortable with a teacher or not progressing as expected, simply message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange a replacement teacher at no extra cost.
What if a class is missed due to teacher absence?

If a class is missed due to a teacher's absence or technical issue on our end, the class is always rescheduled at a time convenient for you — at no extra cost. We maintain a strict attendance policy for our teachers and monitor this closely. Student absences can also be rescheduled with 24-hour notice.
How long is each class session?

Standard sessions are 30 minutes long. Students on the 4-classes-per-week plan enjoy 30–45 minute sessions, and 5-day plan students receive up to 45 minutes per class. Hifz students typically have longer sessions of 45–60 minutes. The duration can be discussed and adjusted based on the student's age and attention span.
Do you offer classes for complete beginners who don't know any Arabic?

Yes! Many of our students start as complete beginners with zero knowledge of Arabic letters. We begin with Noorani Qaida — a step-by-step foundational course that takes students from the very basics to full Quran reading. Our teachers are experienced and patient with absolute beginners of all ages.
Is the 20% first-month discount applied automatically?
